The General Directorate of Road Protection and Safety (Provial) informs that this Wednesday, February 26, a multiple collision is reported at kilometer 92 of the Atlantic route, San Agustín Acasaguastlán, El Progreso.
According to Provial, people injured by the accident are not reported.
In the place they collided a trailer, a panel, two cars and a picop.
The automotive involved were severely damaged and details of how the accident originated were unknown.
Provial agents regulate vehicles, which is complicated in the sector.
This is the second accident that is recorded this Wednesday, the first was in the early morning when a bus crashed in Tuquisate, Escuintla.
Volunteer firefighters reported 13 people injured.
