On Thursday, February 27, the authorities in charge of the organization of the 10K nightlife of Guatemala City shared details and information about the 2025 edition of the expected event.
The 10K Night 2025 will take place on Saturday, April 5 at 7:00 p.m. They can enjoy emblematic places in Guatemala City.
The journey was planned to offer a flat, comfortable and fast route for all athletes.
The motto to commemorate the competition will be “runs under the stars”, and according to data from the organizers there are a total of seven thousand places available.
Requirements to participate
The main requirement to be part of the 10K night of Guatemala is to have carried out the registration process through Ticket.gt which has a Cost of Q235 per person and have more than 15 years of age.
The tour will go through the following places:
- Departure and Meta: 7th Avenue, Zone 1, next to the Municipality of Guatemala.
- It will go through the 7th avenue to the 6th street of zone 1.
- He will continue in front of the National Palace of Culture and return on the 6th Avenue on the Paseo de la Sexta.
- It will continue to Route 6 of Zone 4 and will connect with the 7th Avenue against the road, in the left lane to the Plaza España.
- Will cross to the 12th street to connect with La Reforma Avenue on the main track against the road in zone 9.
- It will look for route 6 of zone 4 until it returns to 7th avenue and reach the Municipality of Guatemala.
The departure time will be at 6:45 p.m. for people with disabilities and at 7:00 p.m. for the general category.
Expo day and time
The place of the previous expo and where the competition kits of the night 10k of Guatemala City will be delivered will be on Thursday, April 3 in the morning of the 11th zone from 12 to 20 hours; on Friday 4 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 5 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
What includes the kit? A backpack, chip, shirt, number of participants and other things such as hydration, among others.
