The PNC reported that Coatepeque captured a subject who intended to make the transaction of a weapon.

The National Civil Police (PNC) reported this Saturday, March 1 that an anonymous complaint allowed investigators to stop Eleazar “N”, 33.

The capture was recorded in a parking lot of a Coatepeque shopping center, Quetzaltenango, where it was about to sell an AR-15 rifle, the PNC added.

During the operation, the researchers observed when Eleazar “N” arrived on a motorcycle without a plate and accompanied by another individual.

According to the PNC, in a sack they moved an AR-15 rifle with a hopper and ten ammunition, without licenseing and registration of said carbine. The other subject fled, the PNC added.

He said he makes investigations to locate and capture the other individual.

According to the report, both subjects allegedly intended to make a transaction of firearms.
