A nurse was sentenced to eight years in prison for sexual aggression against a patient who recovered from surgery at the San Juan de Dios General Hospital.

Ricardo Cummes Chuy was sentenced to eight years in prison after being found guilty of the crime of sexual aggression against a patient of said health center, who recovered from surgery, the Public Ministry (MP) reported on Friday, March 7 (MP).
The Women’s Prosecutor’s Office indicated: “It was issued a sentence of eight years and four months in prison unwanted prison against Ricardo Cumes Chuy for the crime of sexual aggression with aggravation of the penalty, committed on April 2, 2014.”
According to the investigation, the incident occurred when Cumes Chuy was on duty as a nurse in the room where the aggrieved was recovered from surgery.
The MP explained that the victim, who at the time of the aggression was a teenager, went to a sanitary hospital, which was used by Cmes Chuy to commit the crime.
During the audience a decent repair was ordered by the moral damage caused, as well as victimological and non -repetition measures.
