Droberly Dubón Estrada, Financial Director of the Municipality of Democracy, Escuintla, was the victim of an armed attack this Wednesday, March 12 in the Los Conacetes neighborhood, in that municipality, the departmental municipal firefighters reported.
“We deeply regret the tragic death of our financial director, who was the victim of an act of violence this morning. We sympathized with their family and loved ones in this moment of pain, ”the commune published on their social networks.
He adds: “We urge the authorities to clarify this fact promptly and take those responsible to justice.”
The victim moved in a vehicle when he was shot.
The crime occurred on a dirt road of the aforementioned colony.
In another fact, the municipal firefighters reported that a child under 7 and a 30 -year -old man were shot at kilometer 8.5 of the route to the Atlantic.
Both were helped and transferred to different hospitals, lifeguards reported.
