Guatemalan with a arrest warrant for extradition purposes was arrested in Zone 4 of Mixco.

According to the National Civil Police (PNC), during an operation in Zone 4 of Mixco, Luis Marvin Crespin Ruiz, 47, required by the Justice of Costa Rica was arrested.
The extradition order establishes that Crespin Ruiz is originally from Masagua, Escuintla, and was involved in money laundering in Costa Rica.
The PNC explained that the apprehension of the Guatemalan was carried out in the 7th. Avenida 20-40, San Nicolás Boulevard, zone 4 of Mixco.
Edwin Monroy, spokesman for the institution, said that Crespin Ruiz’s capture occurred during a routine operation.
Through the PNC solvencies system, it was established that it has an arrest warrant for extradition purposes, a syndicated of the crime of capital legitimation to the detriment of the socioeconomic order, the PNC reported.
Monroy explained that Crespin Ruiz was transferred to Torre de Courts to solve his legal situation.
The extradition order was signed by the Third Court of Criminal Narcoactivity Judgment of Guatemala on February 27.
The spokesman acknowledged that, to date, 11 people have been arrested for extradition purposes, mostly for the crime of drug trafficking to the United States.
