Univisión Atlanta reported that Antonio Agustín Ailón, a Guatemalan, was sentenced to two perpetual chains for the charges of serious sexual rape and abuse.

“He was also imposed two sentences of five years in prison for pimping positions,” he said.

The girl, also originally from Guatemala, was located in Ohio after her father received a message in which she was asked to stop her search.

American police investigations indicate that the minor left their home, allegedly for their will. They added that this house was cared for by his family while his father, Andrés Gómez, worked.

“I’m still confused. Who knows if he is alive or not, because so far the police have not given information,” Gomez said on the day of his disappearance.

The authorities announced a reward to locate the girl, and over time the amount increased to US $ 50 thousand.

The 34 -year -old man met the girl online and finally took her to Dover, Ohio, where he lived.

The girl contacted her family on Facebook Messenger and told them that she was fine and stopped looking for her. The detectives tracked the IP address used in those messages to a phone in Ohio.

Researchers traveled to Ohio and saw the girl in a pool in the city on July 25. The agents followed Agustín Ailón to a store, where they arrested him, while the child was rescued.
