The president of Ukraine, Volodimir Zelenski, said Sunday that the conversations between the kyiv delegation and that of Washington in Riad on a high partial fire for energy facilities and critical infrastructure are developed in a “very useful” and constructive way.
“I just talked to (the Minister of Defense), Rustem Umérov, who informed me about the meeting and the progress of the negotiations. Our team is working absolutely constructively. The conversation is being very useful,” the Ukrainian head of state chief of state said in his traditional nightly videosage.
Zelenski explained that the work, which lasts four hours, continues.
“But, regardless of what we are talking to our partners, we must press (Russian President Vladimir) Putin to give a real order to stop the attacks: who caused this war, must put an end,” he said.
In what is the second meeting of the Ukrainian and American negotiating teams in Saudi Arabia after the last day 11 to the high level in the city of Yeda, this time the conversations are held in a more technical level.
