A group of workers from the Central National School of Agriculture (MOC) blocked on Wednesday, March 25 on the RD-16 route, between Bárcenas, Villa Nueva, and the sector known as El Tunnel, the Municipal Police of Transit (PMT) reported.
In videos published on social networks, protesters are observed to carry banners in which they demand the end of corruption and question dismissals that qualify as unjustified.
The PMT of Villa Nueva confirmed the demonstration and recommended motorists to use alternate roads.
Use San José and the RD-16 of Km 21 of the CA-9 to Bárcenas as alternate routes, details a message from the PMT published on social networks.
At the moment it is unknown for how long the passage through that sector will be blocked.
The Auto authorities have not spoken about it.
