Nine members of the criminal structure called “Los Motoladrones” will be investigated for the commission of several crimes, including the death of the captain of the Ingrid Morente Catalan army, which occurred on January 21, when they fired the vehicle in which it was driven.
The judge on duty decided to link them to criminal proceedings for each of the crimes that the Public Ministry charged, through the Prosecutor’s Office of Femicide.
The judge granted a period of three months to the Public Ministry to expand the investigation and scheduled the intermediate stage hearing for July 14.
According to the Femicide Prosecutor’s Office, it is analyzed that the case can continue to be known in a court of greatest risk, in the Tower of Courts.
