The Court of greatest risk C rejected on Monday, March 31, a request from former Vice President Roxana Baldetti to benefit with house arrest in the Water Magic case, judicial sources reported.

Baldetti received a sentence of 15 years and 6 months in prison in October 2018, in which a formula to clean the water of the Amatitlán Lake was proposed.
