The penitentiary system (SP) reported on Monday, March 31 that the Reo Cristian Davinson Vásquez Hernández, 30 years oldwas found lifeless at the entrance of sector 11 of the Center for Preventive Detention for Men, in Zone 18.
The SP added that the finding occurred on Sunday 30 and Vásquez Hernández had been admitted of course homicide and illegal carrying of a firearm.
He added that his legal situation was preventive detention and had entered March 30.
“The deprived of liberty reported in writing to be an active member of the Barrio 18 gang and requested to be admitted to sector 11”, according to the SP.
The SP affirmed that “he collaborates unrestrictedly with the authorities in charge of the ongoing research, so no more information can be provided.” The cause of the death of the inmate is unknown.
Crime after concert
On Saturday, March 29, the National Civil Police (PNC) reported that in the Santa Luisa neighborhood, La Pedrera Boulevard, Zone 6, Cristian Davinson Vásquez Hernández was captured, for being the alleged responsible for the death of a 30 -year -old man.
Edwin Monroy, inspector of the PNC, on Saturday reported: “This hitman is allegedly responsible for killing a 30 -year -old man at the end of an artistic event that was held in the Santa Luisa neighborhood sector, by La Pedrera Boulevard, in zone 6”.
Agents seized a gun with a bedroom cartridge and a hopper containing nine cartridges. According to the PNC, the detainee registered an antecedent for mobile terminal theft.
PNC gives report by death of inmate
The PNC manages the hypothesis that the crime occurred because the now deceased killed a person allegedly without the permission of members of the gang.
