The Second Criminal Court was filed by a memorial in which Judge Mario Hichos is informed about a complaint filed for alleged facts, which indicates that magistrates of the Supreme Electoral Court (TSE) seek to leave the country so as not to face their criminal process.
The lawyer Jorge Pinto explained that, in social networks, the population is being evil for an alleged reservation and purchase of air tickets in the name of TSE magistrates.
The magistrates face a criminal process for the TREP case, in which they are indicated of alleged anomalies in the acquisition of the computer system used for the 2023 elections.
The lawyer indicated that he filed the complaint in the Public Ministry (MP) for threats and falsification of documents, and that these actions have been carried out to damage the image of their sponsor. He described the fact as a politician against the magistrates.
