A recent archaeological finding under the church of the Holy Sepulcher, in Jerusalem, would confirm a biblical passage about the Crucifixion of Jesus.

A recent archaeological finding under the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, in Jerusalem, would have confirmed a biblical passage that Describe the place where Jesus’ crucifixion would have occurred.
According to media such as The nationa group of researchers from the Sapienza University, in Rome, carried out a Excavation under the Church, where they would have found the remains of an alleged garden.
This would coincide with the passage of the Gospel of John, specifically 19:41, which describes that The place of the Crucifixion of Jesus was close to a garden.
In addition to the garden, the passage indicates that there was also a New tomb where no one had been buried.
In addition to underground infrastructure, researchers found vestiges of flora, like olive trees and vineyardsthat would have an age of almost 2,000 years.
Other objects found during the excavation were lamps, ceramics and the structure of what, supposedly, was a pedrera.
It is speculated that the Church of the Saint Sepulcher was the exact place of Jesus’ burial.
