The National Institute of Seismology, Volcanology, Meteorology and Hydrology (Insivumeh) shared the bulletin on the climate for the weekend of April 5 and 6.
The prognosis indicates that a warm and misty atmosphere will predominate in the national territory, with mist areas in the early hours of the morning and at night.
In addition, from Sunday night, cloudiness and the possibility of rains in northern regions will be increased to the center of the country, due to the approach of a cold front to the north of the Yucatan Peninsula.
The Insivumeh added that the maximum temperatures will descend at the beginning of next week.
According to the institution, little moisture in the soil and high predicted temperatures favor the proliferation of forest fire spotes.

- Central and western highlands from 24 ° C to 32 ° C
- Pacific regions between 36 ° C to 38 ° C
- North region, which includes Petén, between 37 ° C to 39 ° C
