The municipality of the town in the Puerto de San Joséin Escuintlahe has published images that show the large number of tourists visiting their volcanic sand beaches in the days before the Easter week.
The South Coast has experienced a massive influx, with thousands of people from different parts of the country who seek to cool before the biggest rest.
“Our municipality is one of the largest attractions on the southern coast, and today the thousands of tourists who visit us“, reads in an official post.
The beaches of the region are among the ten most visited destinations during the Easter week, And in 2025 it will not be the exception.
With the arrival of the Easter weeklocal authorities have implemented a special security and care plan for travelers.
A total of 38 thousand agents will be active during the highest week, and security will be reinforced in the Historic Center with one hundred agents protecting the processions.
In addition, surveillance towers, 37 control posts and prevention bays will be installed to guarantee the road safety and well -being of visitors.
