A subject was captured in Chiquimula, noted having abducted a 2 -year -old girl.

The National Civil Police (PNC) reported Monday that a citizen complaint alerted agents of Police Station 23 about a person who was held by a group of neighbors in the La Estación neighborhood, Zone 1 of Chiquimula
Neighbors pointed to the retained of having abduced a 2 -year -old girl, the PNC added.
Agents went to the place and, after dialogue with the group of neighbors, captured Yefry “N”, 24, added the police entity.
According to the complainants, the detainee entered a house and would have abduced the girl, which alerted the neighbors, who retained him.
The retained was transferred to the corresponding Court for their respective consignment and the minor was delivered healthy and saves his parents.
A similar case occurred on April 1 In San Vicente Pacaya, Escuintla, where an 8 -month -old baby was kidnapped.
What happened caused neighbors to cause disturbances and try to lynch the alleged responsible.
