ALER Baldomero Samayoa, aka “Chicharra”, indicated by the United States to lead the drug trafficking organization, will accept charges on April 14 by illegal association, within the Olympus case, judicial sources reported on Tuesday, April 8.

Chicharra, after being linked to criminal proceedings by illegal association, requested to submit to the procedure for accepting charges.
The hearing was scheduled for April 14 in the Court of greatest risk D, in charge of Judge Abelina Cruz Toscano.
After this process, extradition procedures to the United States will begin, where “Chicharra” is required by crimes related to drug trafficking.
