The Guatemala Transmetro Facebook page reported that, because of the events that occurred on Thursday, April 10 in Zone 9, where a Tubus unit was held by hooded protesters, that service and lines 1, 2 and 7 of Transmetro They will remain temporarily suspended this Friday.
He added that the suspension is a precautionary measure to protect users and operational staff.
He warned that other lines of the transport system could present suspensions or irregularities during this Friday.
Amílcar Montejo, road spokesman for the Municipal Traffic Police, reported that the Tubus service was also suspended on Thursday, because hooded retained a unit and forced passengers to descend.
He said the hooded men threatened to retain more buses this Friday, which could be transferred for the Bufo Parade this Friday of Dolores.
Montejo said they will file the corresponding complaints before the authorities.
