The Public Ministry (MP) reported that this Monday, April 28, in an operation, coordinated the capture of Miguel “N”, third officer of the National Civil Police (PNC).
According to the MP, the detainee is a syndicated of the crimes of illicit association, peculation for use and abuse of authority.
The capture was recorded inside the 12th substation, in Residential Valle del Atlántico, zone 18, according to the research entity.
The MP explained that the operation is called jail and corruption, and is organized by the Prosecutor’s Office against the crime of extortion.
He added that investigators make 13 drilling, inspection, registration and kidnapping of evidence in real estate in Jalapa and El Progreso; In addition, they execute a requisition in the public jail for men in Jalapa.
The investigating entity added that the investigation managed to establish that PNC agents, who manage this jail, in complicity with a member of the click Los Crazy Gangster of the gang of neighborhood 18, would have been entering drugs to market it inside this prison center.
