Lawyers point out that Judge Fredy Orellana would have committed crimes by ordering the transfer of Eduardo Masaya to the preventive of zone 18.

A group of lawyers presented on Wednesday, May 21, a request for remarving for judge Fredy Orellana, of course prevaricate and abuse of authority, when ordering the transfer of Eduardo Masaya of the Mariscal Zavala prison towards the preventive for men in zone 18.
Masaya is syndicated within the corruption of seed and linked to the process for the alleged crime of ideological falsehood.
Speaking to the press, the lawyers indicated that they support Alejandro Xiloj, who exercises the defense of Masaya, of the transparency and change group.
They affirmed that the judge would have committed the aforementioned crimes when ordering Masaya to different prison centers.
They pointed out that, through illegal resolutions, the judge insists on the transfers of Masaya, who is supposed to force to accept charges. The application was submitted in criminal management.
The Prosecutor’s Office notes that Masaya, in its capacity as a notary, would have endorsed legalizations of minutes; However, these were not signed, although they would be part of the accession sheets for the registration of the Pro Training Committee of the Semilla Movement.
