The Public Ministry (MP) reported that Jorge Roberto Hernández Monterroso will face trial for the crime of femicide, At the request of the Prosecutor’s Office against the crime of femicide, before the Second Court of Crimes of Femicide and other forms of violence against women.
According to the MP, Hernández Monterroso, between the night of October 26 and the early morning of October 27, 2024, he was inside his residence in zone 1 of the capital.
Supposedly, in that place he attacked his cohabiting until strangling her, the investigating entity said on Tuesday, May 20.
Subsequently, he wrapped the body in blankets and black nylon, and kept it inside the house, the MP added.
According to the same source, on November 1, 2024 he moved the body aboard a vehicle to zone 3.
In the aforementioned area he left the body on public roads, the investigating entity reiterated.
