Released on June 5, The Bioserie presents a new episode every Thursday and travels the trajectory of comedian Roberto Gómez Bolaños in a narrative set between the 1950s and 1980s.
It is announced from the curious moment in which his ability to write led him to be compared to Shakespeare; But for being of short stature, it would be a “little Shakespeare”, a “Shakespirito”, which was heard as “Chespirito” and gave him the nickname that has transcended generations.
In the second chapter one of the episodes of the program is addressed The Chavo del 8, recorded in Acapulco. For the followers of the series, he is considered one of the most important in the history of television comedy, but now he is also recognized as one of the most controversial for the cast. It was broadcast in 1978, and although they were all in front of the sea, there were tensions, controversy, gossip and infidelities.
Chespirito’s crisis
The episode at sea had an economic purpose that achieved its goal: the producer wanted to promote the hotel that the channel owner, Emilio Azcárraga Milmo.
Acapulco then became one of the most watched scenarios, a risky effort of production outside the recording set.
The chapter allows us to approach a Roberto Gómez Bolaños who tried to save his marriage to Graciela Fernández. However, Margarita Ruiz’s character – who represents Florinda Meza – is in the midst of that moment.

Margarita was committed to the director of cameras Enrique Segoviano, and Bolaños was the father of five children with Graciela.
The presence of an anonymous note of the children of Bolaños causes a misunderstanding that marks the beginning of a relationship that is now one of the most commented.

Both Carlos Villagrán and Florinda Meza publicly stated that they did not agree with the Bioserie project, and therefore their names were changed.
Florinda Meza, at the beginning of the seventies, was discovered by Chespirito and offered to be in the 1969 program The supergenia of the square table, which started before Chavo del Ocho.
