Filgua 2025 revives its most anticipated event with the sale of midnight: a pijamada loaded with activities for all ages.

Gathering authors and fans of literature in a single space, the sale of midnight returns in the XXII edition of the International Book Fair, where the literary pijamada will open the event, while a live concert is scheduled for 22.30, with the aim of delighting the public.
The appointment will be on Friday, July 11, when exhibitors, authors and artists will share with the attendees cinematographic projections and special activities, in the place where critical thinking, literary creation, cultural dialogue and imagination converge.
With the presentation of poems, the activity will have different literary approaches, so that each person can participate in their favorite spaces. More than 163 stands dedicated to literature will be enabled.
Filgua will be held from July 1 to 13 in Forum Majadas, Zone 11 of Guatemala City, with the participation of 85 national and international authors, in an event that promotes love for reading in the country.

Midnight Sale Activities, Filgua 2025
- 18.00 hours: Literary Pijamada in the Children Sala, with the participation of Delmy Felipe, Edgar Molina “El Pollo” and Alexis storyteller.
- 19.00 hours: Conversation with Irene Vallejo about his work The infinity in a reedin the Miguel Ángel Asturias room.
- 20.00 hours: Presentation of the novel Black reportby Francisco Hinojosa, in the Miguel Ángel Asturias room.
- 21.00 hours: Projection of the documentary short film Sacratávicaon the work of the teacher Joaquín Orellana, in the Miguel Ángel Asturias room.
- 22.30 hours: Concert of the Basque artist Izaro, who will present her album Cerodeneroin the musical square.
