During the proceedings in charge of the Prosecutor’s Office against the crime of extortion of the MP, the capture of a guard of the Penitentiary System (SP) was reported, indicated by its alleged collaboration with inmates linked to extortion.

According to the investigation, Muñoz would have coordinated with the Winder Joel Calderón inmate so that a woman was in charge of charging extortion outside the prison center. The investigations indicate that the victims were threatened with death. He is also noted to have received money in his bank and cash, which should be delivered to those deprived of liberty.
