For more than five hours, the actor – known worldwide for his interpretation of the Pirate Jack Sparrow – surprised teenagers and children, whom he delivered small gifts and fun moments.
The visit was released by the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, through X, where she showed how she shared with families and patients. Media such as Infobae detailed that the admission of the actor was carried out discreetly and without the presence of media, since he would have asked the hospital authorities to keep his visit to the pediatric oncology plant in reserve.
Infobae points out that, although some visitors doubted the identity of the actor, after a few minutes the humor and the characteristic gestures of DEpp confirmed that it was Johnny Depp himself.
According to the media, other children recognized him for his character from Willy Wonka, and even sang one of the songs of the movie. As on previous occasions in hospitals in Europe and the United States, the actor toured room per room, taking his humor to patients.
