Among the indicators advanced by Figueroa Chávez, an expected tax collection of Q119 billion is included, in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Public Finance Commission that knew him in May. A bonus debt application is also provided for Q27 billion and the acquisition of loans with international organizations for Q4 billion.
This means that the minfin will continue, for the second consecutive year, with a sustained policy of public indebtedness through bonds, to cover the budget.
In 2025, Congress approved a section of debt for Q25 billion, arguing that it would be used for public investment, especially in road infrastructure.
