AGEXPORT announces job fair for call centers with more than a thousand jobs and 300 English scholarships

More than 1 thousand job opportunities and 300 English scholarships will be available in the Call Center Job Fair 2026a fair organized by the Contact Center & BPO sector of AGEXPORT, which seeks to promote formal employment and strengthen the skills of young talent in Guatemala.

“This event will bring together 15 leading companies in the industry with more than a thousand places available. In addition, the European Union will donate 300 English scholarships.” Andrea Méndez Recruitment Coordinator of the Health Sector Contact Center & BPO from AGEXPORT.

Among the participating companies, firms such as Concentrix, Conduent, Alorica and TELUS Digital, among others, stand out, which will be recruiting personnel directly during the day.

Vacancies to work in Call Center

The vacancies are mainly aimed at people with a level of English equal to or greater than 70%.

  • Schedule: from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • Place: AGEXPORT facilities, zone 13 of Guatemala City
  • Stake: 15 companies in the Contact Center & BPO sector

In addition, English scholarships will be offered for people who have the necessary skills, but who are seeking to improve their language skills to access these job opportunities.

English scholarships to improve employability

In addition to job opportunities, attendees will be eligible for one of the 300 English scholarships aimed at employability.

These scholarships are aimed at people of legal age, graduates at a diversified levelwith at least 25% language proficiency and availability of time and internet.

The training programs include intensive modalities such as Finishing School and After Work English Programdesigned to accelerate language learning and facilitate job placement in the sector.

Interested persons must register in advance in a online form.

After completing the process, you will receive an email with a identification number which must be presented on the day of the event.
