How Daniel Ortega rated Donald Trump amid accusations about world peace

Daniel Ortega, co-president of Nicaragua, He called this April 21 “mentally deranged” to the president of the USA, Donald Trump, in addition to accusing him, among other things, to sanction his children and to “kidnap” President Nicolás Maduro in Venezuela.

Ortega’s statements were made at an official event commemorating the National Day of Peace in Nicaragua. Although he did not mention Trump’s name directly, He also accused him of “implementing terrorist policies throughout the world.”

“Even the Nobel Peace Prize was fighting, but they didn’t give it to him (…) It is a problem, we would say, of mental derangement. As we say here: he is not in his five senses“said the 80-year-old president.

“And the president of a power that is not in its five senses is going to destroy his people, and he is ending the peace and stability of the world“Ortega continued.

In addition, the co-president demanded that Trump end the war in Iran, as well as that end the blockades in Cubathe sanctions in Venezuela and “return” Nicolás Maduro to his country.

Ortega’s speech, which took place on Bolívar a Chávez Avenue, in Managua, He focused on the fact that in the United States “there is no democracy.”

“If bombs have to be thrown, it is decided by the person who has become an expert in bomb throwing (…) It is the same one that is continually launching sanctions against the people“, said.

He also accused Trump of “carry out attacks to kidnap presidents” and mentioned the case of Nicolás Maduro.

“Whoever is in charge in the United States cares little about what international organizations say, the laws of the United States themselves, the role of the Congress and Senate of your country. He must request authorization to launch the bombings that he has launched against Iran and other peoples and he does not do so,” he reiterated.

For Ortega, Trump’s actions, especially on the issue of the war in Iran, are typical of “someone who has lost his mind and who believes he can do anything”.
