Neymar will go to the 2026 World Cup! Ancelotti presents the final list of the Brazil National Team

Carlo Ancelotti presented this Monday the list of 26 Brazil players for the 2026 World Cup and the big surprise was the inclusion of Neymar. The announcement was made at the Museo do Amanhã, in Rio de Janeiro, before hundreds of journalists, and marked the attacker’s return to a Canarinha squad after more than two and a half years.

Neymar returns to the national team after overcoming knee injuries that kept him away from the national team. The Santos forward played 13 games this season, with six goals and two assists, a performance that convinced Ancelotti to include him in the tournament that will begin on June 11.

Brazil will have a high-level offense led by Neymar, Vinícius Junior and Raphinha, in addition to the young Endrick, one of the main promises of Brazilian football. The call mixes experience and youth to seek a new world title.

Among the new additions, goalkeeper Weverton and youth player Rayan, one of the recent revelations of Brazilian football, also stand out. The main absences are Rodrygo, Éder Militão and Estêvão, who were left out due to injury.
