This Sunday, July 26, the Friends Against Cancer Foundation (Fundecán) race will be held and, according to the entity, There are still numbers available to register.
The competition will travel along Reforma Avenue, from 12th Street, and includes routes of 5 and 10 kilometers, at the discretion of the participants. The meeting will be at 7 a.m. and the starting signal will be at 7:30 a.m.
The registration cost for either distance is Q100. The funds raised will go towards breast cancer treatments and so that more patients can receive a prosthesis.
“This is not simply a race, it is a movement of love towards othersan example of how powerful a human being can be when they decide to accompany, reach out to someone and be their help when they need it most,” said Isabel Herbruger, president of Fundecán.

“Each step brings us closer to the goal and to providing support to cancer patients who fight bravely every day. Your registration not only adds kilometers, it adds hope!” the organizers published on their social networks.
The kits will be delivered this Saturday, July 25, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the Expo Carrera, which will take place in the Los Próceres shopping center, zone 10 of Guatemala City, 4th level, local 402-5. Participants must present proof of payment to pick them up.
