The club Xinabajul Huehue He shared, through his social networks, that the Arbitral Sports Court (TAS) admitted his appeal against Marquense for the Ramiro Rocca case. This happened after the National Arbitration Court (TAN) resolved to return points to the lions and send the Huehueteco team to First Division.

According to the trade that Xinabajul shared, the TAS gave the green light to the appeal against Marquense, after the decision that was made public on May 16 and that the Huehueteco painting considers unfair.

The letter, signed by Francisco Manso Pavía, responsible for arbitration of the TAS, reports that the process enters an accelerated stage, at the request of Xinabajul, and offers a calendar to carry out the resolution:

  • June 10: Present the full arguments
  • June 20: that marks and the Fedefut respond
  • June 24: Possible audience
  • June 28: The final decision would be given

The acceptance of the appeal does not mean that the TAS is giving the right to Xinabajul on the case, but that it guarantees that the entity will review the decision that made the tan and evaluate whether it is fair or must be annulled.

What’s still in the Xinabajul vs. fight. Marquense?

Xinabajul must present their arguments and evidence, while Marquense and Fedefut must also respond and defend the decision already taken.

The TAS will evaluate the situation and can even summon the parties involved to an audience, if you consider it.

Once everything is examined, the TAS will announce the final decision, planned for June 28.
