ELA Taubert is a Colombian singer and songwriter who has been considered by specialists from the music industry, as one of the new exponents of Latin pop with the greatest global projection.
Due to the rhythm of his songs and his nearby lyrics, Taubert has captivated a audience thirsty for connection, who has found in his music a shelter and that only in Spotify exceeds 4.2 million monthly listeners.

“I feel that Latin Grammy for me was a very big dream of childhood. I feel that all the artists or musicians dream of such a moment, and in my case, as a child I always took the brush for combing, I looked at me in the mirror as if I were going to fulfill the dream of receiving the prize, as if it is a little girl there was always that innocence, ”he said.
“It is very surreal when you listen to your name at the gala, it is a very beautiful and special moment, especially being nominated next to such great artists, sharing space, and I think that, beyond anything, motivates me a lot to open my head even more, with more dreams and more possibilities of being able to continue dreaming of great, and to continue on a very beautiful path in music. In addition, it motivates me to continue trusting what I do and to continue giving my best, ”he added.

According to Taubert, Is it seriously? It is a ballad about love, trust, own value and empty promises by a couple and, through a narrative, combines vulnerability and sarcasm.
The Colombian singer -songwriter was inspired by the “February theory” for the narrative universe that created in this single.
“Well, The song is written about a time of my life where one realizes that you are not with the person you think isbecause that person is with someone else while he is with you and tells you that he will change and that it is not what it seems, that everything will be fine, ”said Taubert.
“I am very sorry that when one is in a moment, sometimes it is not possible to visualize that it is the best thing that can happen to you. Although realizing it is the most painful and horrible. That’s why we wanted to create a song that could empower yourself to move on, and as happened to me, that empowered me and I could move on, ”he added.
The Colombian singer -songwriter said she is satisfied with the result of her new song because when she composed, danced, cried and continued with her life. “This has been a satisfactory experience because while a moment of a break is overcome so it is always painful, then little by little it is empowered,” he said.
Regarding the “February theory”, it was its fans who popularized the song, even before its launch, because in Tiktok it was disseminated that this month a person’s love life could take a 180 -degree turn, from unexpected relationships to the return of an ex -partner.

Taubert collaborated with a stellar team of composers that includes the Swedish legend of Pop Max Martin, Rami Yacoub (recognized for his work with Britney Spears, Lady Gaga and Elton John), Kevin Aguirre and Pio Perilla. In addition, the production, led by Martin, together with Yacoub and Aguirre, demonstrated the mastery that has consolidated Martin as the architect behind some of the most iconic pop songs in the last three decades.
“I am in the process of understanding where everything is going, but what I can assure is that there will be more music this year, I guarantee it to 100 by the way,” said Taubert, who with his characteristic pop – rock, expands to new horizons through this new song that modernizes the Latin ballad and projects it towards a global dimension.

“I am a very visual person and when I write songs, I always have the image in front of me in my head. I cannot live without the other, so, when we made this video we wanted to be able to reflect that feeling that sometimes when one is at that time, as with a broken heart, as you are like the laziness of feeling bad, which happens a lot, ”said Taubert.
“I also wanted to reflect that, when difficult times pass, the people who accompany you are the ones who really make your life and they are reflected in the video,” he added.

During conversation with Free pressELA Tubert thanked the support of his Guatemalan fans and promised to visit the country to share and interpret their successes.
“I want to tell my whole family in Guatemala that I love you with all my heart, that I really hope to go to know the country, to know you and sing to every lung,” he said.
“I want to thank you for all the love they have given to each of the songs because I always see their flag there, and that, really, from heart, I hope we can see each other, that we can hug us, that I can finally give face to all those little people who have been supporting me and in some way or another we are close before meeting us,” he concluded.
