The Public Ministry (MP) reported that, in monitoring of a new case under investigation, the Special Prosecutor’s Office against Impunity (FECI) develops search proceedings, inspection, registration and kidnapping of evidence in the Human Resources Directorate of the Human Resources of the Human Resources Supreme Electoral Court (TSE)zone 2 of the capital.
In addition, it performs a diligence in zone 3 of Guatemala City to make an arrest warrant effective.
The investigating body indicated that the person captured in that sector was Chief of Archive and TSE union leader.

The proceedings continue, and the Public Ministry is expected to provide more details to know precisely the case investigated.
