One of the topics that caused the most impression during the anticipation hearing in the case of the death of Floridalma Roque were the statements of nurse Luis Castro about What was done with the woman’s body.
At the audience, in which the surgeon Kevin MaloufLydia Silva and Susana Rojas are pointed out by the death and disappearance of Roque, Nurse Castro began to tell what happened once the woman died.
“What Malouf suggests is that it is best to leave the woman in the hospital. And I told Lydia and Susana that at no time I wanted to cause the lady, so I opposed to dismembered Roque,” Castro says.
Castro points out that Roque’s body would have been involved in a “screen” and that he only had “surgery surgery wounds.”
“Malouf said he would do that and make sure that no one was going to find it. Then, between 11.00 and 11.15 at night, he takes Roque’s body,” says the nurse.
He also says that he took a suitcase with Floridalma’s clothes and that Malouf already had knowledge about the places of the clinic in which there are and there are no security cameras, to allegedly avoid being recorded.

“As you have controlled in which basements there are cameras and which do not, he goes down to move his vehicle to a basement where there are no cameras, leaves the car badly parked and then we both go down with the container and the suitcase with clothes, and Malouf leaves the clinic,” Castro details.
The nurse says that, after a few minutes, one of the Malouf assistants who was in the clinic decides to call the surgeon and says that in that call Malouf is “agitated” and that, in the background, alleged sounds of mountains are heard.
He also says that Malouf did take Roque’s body to his home and that he would have asked for the help of two people, since he states that in that period of time there are Malouf telephone records contacting these two people.
