The causes of the armed attacks registered in March could be related to the passage dispute between pirate taxis, as well as the conflict over territory between gangs, according to investigations of the National Civil Police (PNC).
At least eight armed attacks have registered so far in March. Some of these facts have been directed against pirate taxi pilots or alleged gang members, according to the National Civil Police (PNC).
According to police investigations, the attacks would be linked to disputes between authorized, pirate or mobile application drivers.
Likewise, the investigations indicate that other armed attacks respond to clashes between gang members for the control of territory.
However, the authorities did not provide more details of the cases, since the investigations continue.
