He added that, therefore, “it is considered proceeding with the felling of the tree to guarantee everyone’s safety. The Municipal Environment Directorate is already evaluating what tree species would be the most appropriate to replant in that sector, with the aim of preserving the ornament and environmental value of the area. ”
The tree is near the general cemetery, in zone 3 of the capital.
