Who models decent treatment?
As in past years, on March 8 some women marched through the streets of Guatemala City to commemorate International Women’s Day (8m). They asked, among other things, the cessation of violence against women, but that did not prevent the so -called black block from vandalizing the facilities of the San Martín bakery, in zone 1. The company mounted tables on the banquets to give food and drinks to the protesters. The women dressed in black with green scarves threw the tables and food, shouted “neither bread, nor circus”, they hit the walls of the premises with sticks and left pints like “we did not forgive with bread” and “abortion, lesbians and in love.”
There are several consecutive years that the bakery suffers monetary losses on this date, but won the departure before public opinion because it models a constructive attitude towards women in four aspects: respect, freedom, dignity and productivity.
Respect: Employees and managers of the bakery and restaurant generally behave with respect towards others, including women who make up the work team, provide goods and services or are customers. They respect our life, freedom and property. As a client, I have never been subject to abusive, derogatory or violent treatment, and I am sure that any complaint in this regard would be treated quickly.
Female freedom, respect and dignity
Libertad: The company recognizes the right to freedom of expression and protest of feminist. It offers free food and drink to protesters to extend an olive branch in peace. This gesture sends the message that people can treat with civility and education those who think differently from us. Feminists could have rejected the snack, continue long, or give a speech explaining their attitude. Instead, they showed their intolerance and aggressive mood. In his opinion, the San Martín bakery is a hostile business to its anti -capitalist cause and Proaborto, because in the past it has supported provida and religious activities. For example, he supported the march of the family and prepared sawdust carpets for Holy Week processions. Feminists communicate with their acts anger and cruelty; Only voices aligned with their radical ideology have a place. In part, this extreme intolerance is due to the Neomarxist feminist currents, which advise the violent destruction of the social institutions considered patriarchal and oppressive.
Dignity: People who inspire admiration for their way of speaking and their prescription have dignity. They maintain composure even in adverse situations. They have a sense of their own worth, and also value others. They act according to certain moral principles. In March 8 videos we see the female bakery staff keep calm and face attacks with decent stoicism. Meanwhile, hooded men dishonor their own cause with their actions. They hide their identities with masks because they know that their behavior is inappropriate and even criminal.
Productivity: The company offers women something very valuable: opportunities to be productive, create wealth and sustain their families. Surely women are a high percentage of the 5,000 employees working in this company. The first feminist struggle to open the markets to female participation, and the women of our era must demonstrate that we are able to contribute to the economy and society our intelligence, talent and industriousness. We must show our freedom responsibly, and build instead of destroying.
