This March 19 have registered numerous clashes between agents of the National Civil Police and groups that have blocked different sectors of the capital against mandatory vehicle insurance, now. On Wednesday afternoon, new clashes are recorded on the route to the Atlantic.
At kilometer 13 of the route, agents and riots of the PNC have arrived to dialogue against the protesters and thus enable the route, one of the most affected on this second consecutive day of blockages.
However, the agents, through tear gas, have dispersed the groups that blocked the route and thus released the route.
After disperse the different groups, the agents and riotmotines moved all the objects that the groups used to avoid vehicular mobility as tires and branches.
This is the second confrontation reported this Wednesday between the PNC and people dissatisfied with the mandatory insurance payment. The first raised in Barrios Square, Zone 1 capital, where the authorities also used tear gas.
