In response, the Outgoing Board decided to refrain from carrying out the command transition Until the resource was finally resolved.
Resolution
Given this situation, the fifth Chamber of the Administrative Contentious Court, acting as a Constitutional Court of Amparo, decided to grant a provisional protection in favor of the new authorities.
The failure ordered the immediate taking of possession of the charges and established a period of 48 hours for the outgoing Board to send a circumstantial report with the background of the case and related resolutions.
The appeal for amparo, identified with file 01145-2025-00075, was presented by lawyer Percy Rodolfo Méndez against the Board of Directors headed by Mario Siekavizza.
