Teodulo Cifuentes, president of the Judicial Agency (OJ) and the Supreme Court of Justice, confirmed on Friday, March 21, the “fish bonus” for all workers of that state institution.
Cifuentes added that the new collective pact is currently under discussion and it is expected that the amount of said bond could increase.
The OJ has approximately 12 thousand employees. The “fish bonus”, also known as summer bonus or incentive, amounts to Q3 thousand, although it could be increased if modifications are agreed in current negotiations.
This bonus is a benefit that some public sector workers receive during Holy Week, Product of negotiations established in collective pacts between institutions and unions. .
