José Manuel Lemus Espinoza, 41, aka “El Burro” or “El Gordo”, who is the brother of “El Smiley”, was transferred to a maximum security prison, after he became viral on social networks to record Videos and publish them on Tiktok, the Ministry of the Interior reported on Monday.
“El Gordo”, alleged gang member of Barrio 18, went viral on social networks because of the content he published in Tiktok, which produced from jail.

Lemus Espinoza was captured for the third time on May 9 in Zone 5 of Mixco for the crime of extortion. He is allegedly coordinator and member of the “Little Psychinal” clinic of neighborhood 18.
