“We are going to sell a golden card. You have a green card, this is a golden card. We are going to put a price (…) of about US $ 5 million,” Trump told reporters in the Oval Office of the White House.

The Russian oligarchs, most of whom have been sanctioned by the United States from the Russian invasion of Ukraine, could request to participate in the program.
