According to a statement, officers from the Lake Havasu City Police Department (Mohave, Arizona) responded around 2:00 a.m. (9:00 a.m. GMT) for the report of a deceased person. “Upon arrival, officers found a man with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head,” reads the statement, collected by the magazine. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and was later identified as Darrell Sheets by the Mohave County Medical Examiner. According to authorities, the incident remains under investigation.
