This Friday, April 4, the First Declaration of Aler Baldomero Samayoa Recinos, aka “Chicharra”, alleged leader of the Los Huistas, who is prosecuted for a case of illicit association.
Chicharra was arrested in Mexico on March 11, required by the United States, which points to drug trafficking. On April 1 he agreed to be extradited to that country.
The alleged drug trafficker declared Friday before Judge Abelina Cruz Toscano, who, at the request of the Public Ministry (MP), declared the partial reserve of the case because the reproduction of telephone listeners continues.
The reserve was decreed because, in listening, people who are pending capture could appear.
Chicharra is pointed out of illicit association within the Olympus case, linked to the structure called the fleets.
