The Public Ministry (MP) investigates the death of the Head of the Legal Management Department of the Congress of the Republic, Hansel Ernesto Szarta Valdez, which occurred early Saturday, April 5.

According to him Public Ministry (MP), the Prosecutor’s Office of Crimes against Life and Integrity of people processed a criminal scenario inside a parking lot in zone 16 capital, where a armed attack that left as a result a deceased man in the place.
The victim was identified as Hansel Ernesto Szarta Valdez35 years, head of the Legal Management Department of the Congress of the Republic. The incident occurred on April 5, at approximately 1.20 hours, the entity detailed.
According to preliminary investigation, when the victim retired from the place he held a conversation with a man who was driving in another Picop type vehicle. While walking back to his vehicle, it was Attacked with bullets.
In the place 11 ballistic indications were collected that will be analysis, added the MP.
As part of the investigation, testimonial statements are also being collected and video surveillance cameras are followed up to the attack site, in order to individualize the person in charge, the MP.
