The Public Ministry (MP) requested on Wednesday, April 9, that Luis Gómez, former vice president of the Association of Urban Buses, in front of the trial for three crimes related to the Transurban case.
Gomez is syndicated as a peculation in degree of complicity, money laundering or other assets and illicit association.
The application was submitted during the intermediate stage hearing, developed in the Second Criminal Instance Court, by Judge Mario Hichos.
It is now corresponding to representatives of the Superintendence of Tax Administration (SAT) and the Comptroller General of Accounts (CGC) to expose their arguments.
The MP investigation indicates that Gomez had interference in the Transurban project, qualified as anomalous for an alleged fraud of Q270 million.
The next hearing was scheduled for May 6.
