A challenging and demanding style that follows a specific sequence of positions based on the philosophy of the eight steps of yoga according to the Yoga Sutras de Patanjali. It is ideal for those who seek to improve their strength and flexibility, as well as their concentration and discipline, since it requires following a structured practice.
Rocket yoga
Dynamic, energetic and rigorous, this style is based on the AShtangabut it gives space for modifications and is less rigid in its sequence. It is perfect for those who enjoy an intense pace, as it usually raises heart rate and develops strength, especially in the abdomen and arms.

It allows to release the tensions of the body by means of a deep stretch of muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia (membrane that covers the muscles). It is ideal to improve flexibility, practice meditation and relax.
Restorative yoga
It is the softest of all. It is designed to achieve a deep relaxation of the body and mind. Use accessories such as blocks, blankets and straps to hold for an extensive period (five to 10 minutes) postures, comfortably and effortlessly.
