As part of its commitment to bring its financial services closer to more Guatemalans, the new agency is located in one of the most modern commercial projects in the region, in Plaza Telares, an innovative shopping and entertainment destination located in Finca Las Victorias, exit to Ciudad Vieja, Antigua Guatemala, which houses more than one hundred brands, including a dynamic and accessible financial center, as well as a large parking lot with capacity for 500 vehicles, as well as an area for motorcycles and bicycles.
The opening of this agency responds to the CHN’s institutional purpose of being the financial ally that contributes to the sustainable development of Guatemalan families, facilitating access to financial solutions that allow them to achieve their goals, especially in terms of housing.

In addition to offering close and personalized treatment, the new space incorporates technology that allows users to carry out their banking transactions with greater comfort, speed and flexibility.
Likewise, access will be offered to all CHN products and services, including housing loans, savings products and personalized attention for users in the region.
