PMT reports on the mobilization of two public health demonstrations on the Roosevelt Road

The Municipal Transit Police (PMT) reported that this Tuesday, July 14, health workers will demonstrate in Guatemala City.

Amílcar Montejo, PMT road spokesman, indicated that the demonstration began at 8:30 a.m.

A group will leave Roosevelt Avenue and 21 Avenue, zone 11, and will go to the El Trébol area.

He added that another group remains at the entrance to the Roosevelt Hospital, in the section of Roosevelt Road and 7th Avenue, zone 11.

PMT agents work to regulate traffic in these sectors and reduce the effects on vehicular circulation.

It is still unknown what the complete route of this Tuesday’s demonstration will be. Details of the demonstration are still unknown.

The PMT of Mixco reports that protesters are moving on 19 Avenue, zone 11, towards El Trébol.

It warns that the mobilization will complicate circulation and recommends using alternative routes.
